Request Information About NeuroNet Evaluations
NeuroNet evaluations are available through the NeuroNet office in Ft. Lauderdale and NeuroNet providers. After submitting this form, you will be contacted about the availability of NeuroNet providers in your area.
If there are no NeuroNet providers near you, it is possible to schedule an evaluation appointment in the Fort Lauderdale office and to complete the therapy program by Skype (online video sessions in place of office visits). A final in-office progress evaluation will be required at the end of the program.
Consider the following questions about your child:
- Does he/she have at least one of the following auditory concerns:
- history of ear infections or other respiratory illness (frequent colds or flu, pneumonia, sinusitis, asthma/allergies)
- first ear infection prior to age 1 year
- doesn't overhear and jump into conversations (often strikingly absent)
- frequently asks "what?" or needs repetition of questions and directions
- Does he/she have at least one of the following auditory–verbal concerns:
- late talking
- difficulty learning and remembering new vocabulary
- difficulty remembering verbal sequences such as months of year, alphabet
- minimal interest in reading or reading-readiness activities
- Does he/she have at least one of the following balance (vestibular) and fine motor sequencing concerns:
- difficulty talking: some speech sounds still incorrect or unclear
- is not a good judge of risk (either overly fearful or an excessive risk-taker)
- clumsy
- messy eater; difficulty with cutting, tying shoes, handwriting
If you answered "yes" to all three questions, your child is a good candidate for a NeuroNet evaluation. For more information about how to get an evaluation, please fill out the form below.
